The idea is
every bit as simple as it is inspired. Increasing numbers of
individual companies and rally teams are building increasingly
sophisticated and expensive rally trucks, which then stand around
unused for most of the time. So why not combine all this concentrated
energy by offering vehicles and know-how at an international
level and thereby minimising costly non-operating time?

clearly, without involving lengthy searches, by dealing with
a central partner and a central billing system at a fair price.
